Globe Telecom will provide customers who purchase Android One devices free 100MB of mobile data for over-the-air (OTA) software updates per month for 6 months. Google's Android One initiative launched in the country last month and introduced the first Android One devices in the country - the Cherry Mobile One (Php3,999) and the MyPhone Uno (Php4,599). Brands like OPPO, realme, vivo, and Xiaomi are testing Android 17 only on their flagships so far: OPPO officially launched Android 17 Beta 2 for the OPPO Find X9 Pro, OnePlus for the OnePlus 15, with Vivo opening the developer preview for the Vivo X300 Pro and iQOO 15.
