Globe At Home has announced that it is upgrading older broadband technology of its qualified serviceable customers for free to improve connectivity. Those eligible for the free upgrade are current Globe At Home customers who are within accepted credit standing and are located in areas that are serviceable for the upgrade. Customers will be advised by a Globe At Home representative through SMS or email once their location is serviceable with fiber technology. Doing so allows Globe At Home to offer an enhanced at-home connectivity experience for its current customers by upgrading them to fiber technology once available in their area. All these free tech upgrades and customer service perks may be experienced from Globe At Home. For plan changes, customers also may go to http:/glbe.co/TechUpgrade or use the Globe At Home App, available to download on Android or iOS devices.
