Globe has announced that it has improved the network experience of customers with its new upgraded LTE sites across the country. According to Globe, for the months of September and October 2021, they have built 195 new cell sites and upgraded 2,800 sites with LTE technology in 706 towns and cities across 81 provinces, benefiting nearly 1 million subscribers. Among major telcos, Dito Telecommunity posted the highest VoLTE penetration at 41.9%, followed by Smart Communications at 31.7% and Globe Telecom at 27.4%.
