Globe collaborates with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)–Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) for the implementation of TanodCOVID. An SMS-based self-reporting platform, TanodCOVID improves contact tracing of suspected COVID-19 patients. Funded by DOST-PCHRD, TanodCOVID was developed by Ateneo Center for Computing Competency and Research (ACCCRe), in collaboration with the University of the Philippines Manila–National Telehealth Center (UP-NTHC) and the DOH-Epidemiology Bureau. Verified reports from TanodCOVID may be used to detect the clustering of suspected cases and determining a possible outbreak in an area. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. Globe started offering their new prepaid and postpaid plans for Visibility back in June 23 when we first reported it here.
