Google has announced a new feature for the Gemini app. Google Gemini can now create and export files in the chat either from text, notes or images sent by the user. With a simple prompt, users can now generate files such as PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Google Workspace files without leaving the app. These include Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. Once generated, files can be downloaded to the device or exported to Google Drive. Google Chrome has announced new upgrades to its AI Mode. Google is also adding the ability to search across open tabs. Additional tools like Canvas and image generation are also accessible within AI Mode.
