Google has officially unveiled its latest OS for Android smartphones,  the Android 11. Exclusive features for Android 11-powered Pixel 2 devices and above include easier copying, saving, and sharing info between many apps, Smart Reply for suggesting replies based on what’s been said in the conversation, and app suggestions on the home screen based on daily routines. Google has started rolling out a redesigned Google Wallet app for Android alongside new Google Pay verification features announced during Google I/O 2026. Google says Android Halo is designed to make AI interactions more seamless by keeping users informed without interrupting what they are doing. Google has announced a range of creator-focused features in Android 17. Google is also working with Meta Platforms to improve the Instagram experience on Android. Google is bringing new Android-exclusive tools to Instagram’s Edits app. Google has announced to roll out new features to Android phones.
