Google Chrome has announced new upgrades to its AI Mode. Google has announced new updates to Chrome Autofill. Google is also extending Chrome's integration with Google Wallet. If the information is not already saved in Google Wallet, Chrome can offer to store it when entered for the first time. At WWDC 2026, the company confirmed it partnered with Google, using the technologies behind Gemini, to create the next generation of Apple Foundation Models. The new pointer capabilities are now being added to Google Chrome. Google Chrome recently got promoted to version 1.0 and dropping the beta label. The list on the new Google Pack has Chrome "checked" by default and FireFox "unchecked", displacing the latter in just less than 3 months after it was first revealed {via}.
