When it comes to the effects, HealthHack PH says that the Focus promotes productivity and clarity and helps in creativity and concentration. We tried it during our work hours, but didn't notice any drastic effect, although the inhaling and exhaling activity removed the sleepiness and provided some boost in concentration, which is what it claims to deliver, a "boost." For the Dream, HealthHack PH says that it promotes zen and sleep and helps improve the mood and destress.
