Globe has announced that their telehealth service providers KonsultaMD and HealthNow saw strong growth in 2021. Meanwhile, HealthNow has grown to 800,000 customers barely two years since launch. Customers may also use the new GlobeOne app to register for prepaid promos, buy load, and redeem rewards. Broadband Postpaid customers meanwhile may access the official Globe At Home app to view and pay bills, upgrade plans, and book a technician visit. Globe has also announced that Molnupiravir, the investigational drug used to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is now officially available on the HealthNow app. COVID-19 positive patients interested in Molnupiravir may consult with a doctor on the HealthNow app to check eligibility.
