HTC Philippines has started doing pre-orders for the 32GB HTC One which is slated to be released in the Philippines on May 24. The company is selling the HTC One with 32GB internal storage for Php32,990. The HTC One has suffered delays in its global release due to shortage in parts supply (specifically, the ultrapixel camera module). While we were lining up to enter the Radio City Hall for the Samsung Unpack event here in New York, a number of folks were walking around and asking people in the line if they've seen the HTC One. They had several units of the HTC One to show to people. I am told that the HTC One will be released in the Philippines sometime in May. vivo Philippines has not yet shared the official price and release date of the vivo Y31d, but pre-orders are now available in the country.
