HTC has announced at the MWC 2016 it's latest Android smartphone with a premium all-metal body, 5.5-inch display, MediaTek Helio X10 processor, and a 13 megapixel camera with OIS - the HTC One X9. Without the iPhone, we would not have seen the likes of Samsung Instinct, Omnia i900, HTC Touch Diamond, LG Dare and Sony-Ericsson Xperia this early. I had 4 most likely candidates as a great iPhone alternative -- the HTC Touch Diamond, Nokia N96, Samsung i900 Omnia and the Sony-Ericsson Xperia. Some specs, like that of the iPhone's processor and RAM/ROM are not totally confirmed and were based on pieces of hardware clues taken from disassembled parts. I had mixed feelings after trying out the HTC Touch Dual phone several weeks ago. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm MSM 7200, 400 MHz processor running Windows Mobile 6 and is compatible with all of the usual HTC accessories.
