Starting this month, users who are subscribed to Apple's iCloud in the Philippines will have the price bumped up. Apple is now charging users an additional 100 pesos to their subscription, making them pay PHP 599 a month for the 2TB. Apple has revealed that the iPhone 12 and 12 mini now come in the color Purple. As per Apple, the new finish complements the beautiful flat-edge design of the iPhone 12. Moreover, the company also revealed that both iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini in Purple ship with the latest iOS 14.5, which features the ability to unlock iPhone with Apple Watch while wearing a face mask, an enhanced Apple Podcasts app with a redesigned show and episode pages, and a Search tab, as well as new emoji. Additionally, Apple revealed that Siri no longer has a default voice and will include more voice options in English. Apple announced the official date for its upcoming Apple Event. As seen on Apple's website, the virtual launch will be held from Apple Park in Cupertino, California where the tech company's corporate headquarters is located.
