Instagram is rolling out new audio tools to its Reels feature, which includes Text-to-Speech and Voice Effects. For Text to Speech, Instagram says that the features live within the text tool in the Reels camera. Open the Instagram app and go to the Reels Camera. Tap the text bubble to access the three-dot menu on the sticker, and select 'Text-to-Speech'. Meta is now rolling out its AI-powered translation tool for Instagram Reels and Facebook videos, letting creators dub their content in another language, complete with voice-matching and lip-syncing. Meta's Instagram is now testing out a new feature that locks Reels and can only be viewed through a secret code. There is now a code system for locked Reels that creators use in Instagram. Meta has officially rolled out a new update that lets users fast-forward Instagram Reels at 2x speed, helping viewers skip through longer videos and get to the good parts faster.
