Meta is now rolling out its AI-powered translation tool for Instagram Reels and Facebook videos, letting creators dub their content in another language, complete with voice-matching and lip-syncing.
The feature currently supports English-Spanish translations (and vice versa), with AI generating a dub that mimics your original voice and aligns with your mouth movements. You’ll see the “Translate voices with Meta AI” toggle before publishing a reel. You can preview the dubbed version before going live, with a visible tag confirming it was translated by Meta AI.
Once enabled, Meta will automatically show the dubbed content to users in their preferred language, improving reach and accessibility. The tool is now available to Facebook creators with 1,000+ followers and all public Instagram accounts.
While support is limited for now, broader language options are expected soon, opening new doors for creators looking to localize content with minimal effort.
