Instagram is rolling out new audio tools to its Reels feature, which includes Text-to-Speech and Voice Effects. For Text to Speech, Instagram says that the features live within the text tool in the Reels camera. Open the Instagram app and go to the Reels Camera. For Voice Effects, it allows you to modify the audio and/or voiceover in your Reel. Tap Effects and select a voice effect to modify the audio in your reel or your voiceover. Meta is now rolling out its AI-powered translation tool for Instagram Reels and Facebook videos, letting creators dub their content in another language, complete with voice-matching and lip-syncing. Meta has rolled out a new AI voice dubbing feature globally, allowing users to translate their voice in Reels with an optional lip-syncing tool. Meta's Instagram is now testing out a new feature that locks Reels and can only be viewed through a secret code.
