Apple recently launched iOS 14 during its annual World Wide Developer Conference. Like with the previous iOS iterations, the new version offers new improvements and features. We were able to install the first beta on our iPhone 11 to see what has changed. Apple has released iOS 26.4 beta 1 to developers, introducing updates across Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Messages, security features, and system apps. The update is currently limited to developer beta testers, with a public beta expected in the coming weeks. In Apple Podcasts, iOS 26.4 introduces native video podcast support powered by HTTP Live Streaming (HLS). Rolling out with iOS 26 and watchOS 26 Beta 7, the updated feature is now available for Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10, and Apple Watch Ultra 2 units sold in the U.S. The redesigned functionality first appeared with iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1, and is now making its way to beta testers on Apple’s latest platforms.
