In terms of design, there's not really a lot that has changed on the iPhone 7 Plus compared to the iPhone 6s Plus. There were a number of cosmetic changes and since the Plus version has only been recently introduced (since the iPhone 6 Plus), this is the first time we're really seen physical enhancements. Perhaps the biggest distinguishing feature of the iPhone 7 Plus would be the dual-camera setup from the back.
