The most high-end model in Apple's iPhone 12 lineup is the new iPhone 12 Pro Max.  While we're waiting for its arrival in the Philippines, some of you might be asking, how is it different from its predecessor? Let’s see what it has to offer now, compared to the iPhone 11 Pro Max in this specs comparison! As an upgrade in the device's protection, it is now equipped with Ceramic Shield with up to four times better drop performance than the former that uses a standard scratch-resistant glass. The iPhone 12 Pro Max, however, has a slightly higher display resolution at 2778 x 1284, but both support HDR content with Dolby Vision and HDR10. For the body, alike with the iPhone 12 Pro, the latest Pro Max shows off a slimmer built with 7.4mm, while the former has 8.1mm. Chipset Powering the iPhone 12 Pro Max is the latest A14 Bionic chip based on a 5-nanometer architecture matched with the next-generation Neural Engine. The iPhone 11 Pro Max, on the other hand, comes with the earlier A13 Bionic chip with a third-generation Neural Engine. Camera Now for cameras, both iPhone 12 Pro Max and 11 Pro Max boast the same triple-rear cameras with 12MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 12MP telephoto.
