Online recruitment network, jobsDB, has announced that it will shut down its website this month. In an e-mail sent to its customers, the company announced that it will shut down its jobsDB.com Philippine website (ph.jobsDB.com/ph) on midnight of June 30, 2016. jobsDB has then encouraged users to sign up on JobStreet.com instead, for updates on job opportunities. According to the report, employees from North America, Europe, and Asia allegedly confirmed internal changes pointing to a shutdown. As of now, there has been no official announcement from Oppo confirming a shutdown. In a blog post, Google announced that shutdown of Google+ for consumers because "it has not achieved broad consumer or developer adoption, and has seen limited user interaction with apps." The company added that the consumer version of Google+ has a low usage and engagement with 90% of Google+ user sessions only lasting less than 5 seconds. With the impending shutdown, Google is implementing a 10-month wind-down period which is slated for completion by the end of next August.
