Didn't know there was such a thing as the CES Innovation Awards and turns out the LG Dare took the prize home in the wireless handset category. We won't be seeing any LG VX9700 Dare here in the Philippines since it's locked with Verizon (around June of this year) and runs on a CDMA network. The LG Dare is a 3" (400x240 pixel) touchscreen phone with a 3.2MP auto-focus camera featuring a Schneider-Kreuznach lens.
