Subscribers can get the LG G2 Mini by signing up to Smart’s All-In Plan 1200 (plus Php2,000 initial cash-out) which automatically comes with Unli-LTE 995 subscription and Php205 worth of consumable every month. The LG G2 Mini is also being available in other All-In plans. Now if signing up for a postpaid plans aren’t your cup of tea, you buy the LG G2 Mini locally for Php13,990 at any authorized distributors or resellers in the country. A new poster ad from Smart Bro promotes their broadband speed to be up to 2Mbps. I fired up several internet bandwidth meters, hooked up my Smart Bro Prepaid account and positioned my laptop to get an HSDPA signal. Ok, moving on with some points to ponder for Smart 3G: 3G does not always mean broadband speeds. My lowest recorded Smart 3G speed is around 90kbps.
