Korean electronics manufacturer LG and Taiwanese gadgets maker Asus both have announced their device lineups slated to receive the new Android Lollipop software. The Taiwanese electronics giant is slated to update its Zenfone devices sometime next year, an announcement from the maker's Taiwanese forums had been made. All current Zenfones -- the 4, 5, 5 LTE, and 6 -- as well as the Padfone S will be upgraded to Android Lollipop in April 2015. Their new Padfone Infinity, on the other hand, will be receiving the update two months after. Meanwhile, the Korean electronics giant has confirmed that its current flagship, the LG G3, will be receiving the update by the end of this year. Translation: "Hi there, We would like to inform you herewith that there is an Android 5.0 upgrade for the LG Lollipop G3 will be released in the fourth quarter of 2014. It will be updated over time as new announcements from handset makers are made. If I’m not mistaken, the POCO F6 Pro didn’t have this feature until HyperOS 3 update came around.
