Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech, said that acquiring ASTRO will be a perfect compliment for Logitech G's, gaming line of Logitech, PC gaming. With the addition of ASTRO, Logitech will also be investing in the console gaming market in order for them to accelerate their long-term growth in the gaming business. Logitech is also expecting in Fiscal Year 2018 that it will add two more points in the top line with the acquisition of ASTRO. Logitech has just announced that it will be retiring Blue microphones and will soon be merging ASTRO gaming, Blue microphones, and Logitech for Creators all under the Logitech G brand.
