COVER Corporation, the parent company of Japanese VTuber agency hololive, has recently announced its promotional collaboration with Marvel for the upcoming movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is set for premiere in Japan on May 4, 2022. Earlier collaborations have been made between the two companies, including a promotion in partnership with Square Enix for the 2021 game Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Alongside the announcement for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Insomniac, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Marvel has revealed that they are bringing Marvel's Wolverine to PlayStation 5 consoles. In collaboration with Marvel Games, PlayStation has announced the release of its single-player Marvel game, Spider-Man 2 that will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 console by 2023. The third-person narrative-driven action-adventure game, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy for PS4 and PS5 is now available for pre-order via DataBlitz. The development team created Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy while working closely with Marvel Entertainment to provide an original and authentic experience inspired by over 50 years of lore—of course with the studio’s unique twist on the Guardians of the Galaxy story.
