#MediaTek Dimensity 8300 device

A Geekbench listing has revealed key specs to the MediaTek Dimensity 8300. The Dimensity 8300 uses an ARM Mali-G615 MP6 as its GPU and manufactured on TSMC's 4nm process. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset is set to officially debut on November 21 so we'll know more by then. MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 7500, its latest smartphone chipset designed for mainstream devices and the successor to the Dimensity 7400. Built using a 4nm process, the Dimensity 7500 is the first MediaTek chipset to use Arm’s new C1 CPU cores. The chipset also introduces the MediaTek NPU 850, which is designed for on-device generative AI tasks. MediaTek has unveiled the Dimensity 9500s, a powerful new chip aimed at sub-flagship smartphones, sitting just below the top-tier Dimensity 9500. MediaTek has quietly announced its newest mid-range chipset, the Dimensity 7100, stepping up as the latest option for upcoming 5G smartphones.
