According to a post by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the company is updating their values and cultural operating system, starting with calling his employees, Metamates. First is Move Fast, the CEO wants the company to build and learn faster than any other company. Meta also wants to Build Awesome Things, which pushes the company to ship things that are awe inspiring. Other topics the CEO emphasized on were Living in the Future, Be Direct and Respect Your Colleagues, and lastly, Meta, Metamates, Me. Konami has announced at Gamescom 2016 their upcoming game and the latest in the Metal Gear franchise - Metal Gear Survive. Metal Gear Survive is Konami's first Metal Gear game without Hideo Kojima. The story takes place after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.
