Meta has just unveiled Movie Gen: an artificial intelligence (AI) video generator with footage and sound. Meta has just revealed an AI video generator with Movie Gen. Meta's Movie Gen can change styles and transitions of videos that exist and insert elements that were not there. Chris Cox, Chief Product Officer of Meta, states in Threads that Movie Gen is not "ready to release this as a product anytime soon". Meta has introduced Meta Business Agent, a new AI-powered tool designed to help businesses automate customer interactions across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Meta said more than one million businesses are already using its AI agents on WhatsApp and Messenger, with over one billion business-related conversations taking place daily across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Alongside the launch, Meta unveiled the Meta Business Agent Platform, which allows businesses to build, customize, and deploy AI agents at scale. Meta said future updates will enable Business Agents to assist with tasks such as market research, product insights, calendar management, and business intelligence.
