Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. releases its latest luxury minivan -- the Odyssey. HP has not formally launched the new Mini Note 1000 but Villman & PC Corner has already listed the netbook on their site with a suggested retail price of Php21,950. PC Corner's listing sets the price at Php21,950 while Villman has the HP Mini 1001TU for Php21,948 at zero percent (0%) interest for 12 months. HP has released a strikingly similar netbook to the HP Mini 1000 in Europe -- the Compaq Mini 700. HP is introducing a new line of netbooks as an update to its Mininote 2133. This time the HP Mini Note 1000 drops the sluggish Via processor for an Intel Atom CPU. Spotted on the homepage of the HP Shopping site, the Mini 1000 will start at $399.99 for the basic specs. The Mininote 2133 has had a lot of negative reviews for its slow processor, heat dissipation and relative weight.
