Perhaps the more exciting news during Xiaomi's latest press event, apart from the announcement of their new devices, is the reveal of the global release of their MIUI 9 ROM and the list of devices that'll receive the update. MIUI 9 was first released in China along with the Mi 5X last July (see the article with features here). The Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 includes AI-powered camera features, Qualcomm Adaptive Performance Engine 4.0 for gaming, up to 21% better GPU performanc, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and ultra-fast 5G connectivity. The nova 15 Max and features a 6.84-inch FHD+ OLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The foldable smartphone features an 8.12-inch inner display and 6.62-inch AMOLED outer display. For cameras, the Find N6 features a 200MP Hasselblad camera system, 50MP ultrawide, 50MP periscope telephoto, and 2MP monochrome with a 20MP front inner and outer lenses.
