For those wanting to get their hands on Microsoft's Surface RT tablet, you can now purchase the Windows 8-powered device at VillMan for Php37,999. The Surface 2 will retail for $449 (Php19,500 converted), and along with the Surface Pro 2, it will be available on October 22 in the US.
