As for their battery capacity, the V7 Plus has a slightly larger battery than the Nokia 7 and upon testing it, the smartphone lasted for 13 Hours and 30 minutes. For overall performance, it is clear that the Nokia 7 has the upper hand with its CPU and GPU.
