Left Manila around midnight last night and arrived in Dubai 8 hours later, then a 2 hour drive to Abu Dhabi. We got an invite from Nokia Global to attend the launching of new devices in Abu Dhabi this October 22. Uber and Chinese tech company WeRide have officially launched a fully driverless robotaxi service in Abu Dhabi, making it open to the public with no human safety driver. Both companies say the service will expand soon to more areas across Abu Dhabi’s city center.
