According to the latest stats from Admob, the Nokia N70 still tops as the top handset used to connect to the web in the Philippines. The Nokia N70 took 9.2% share of ad request from the Admob network in the month of November 2009. here's the top 10 handset in terms of usage for internet browsing: Nokia N70 - 9.2% Nokia 6630 - 5.0% iPhone - 3.0% iPod Touch - 3.0% Nokia 6680 -2.8% Nokia 6120c - 2.8% Nokia 3110c - 2.6% Nokia N73 - 2.1% Nokia 6300 - 2.0% Nokia 6600 - 1.7% Nokia's first touch screen phone, the 5800XM, came in at #18 with 1.1% of requests. Only Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch are the non-Nokia model that made it to the list. The Nokia E51 first came out in September last year, it already got my attention. The Nokia E51 is a business/productivity phone so expect good connectivity options -- WiFi and 3.5G or HSDPA (3.6MBps). For a retail price of Php12,300, this unit is a great buy -- probably the cheapest full-featured business phone that went out of Nokia's doors.
