HMD Global finally launches the Nokia 8.1 in the Philippines which became official last year as the Nokia X7. The Nokia 3.2, on the other hand, has a 6.2-inch display, Snapdragon 429 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 4,000mAh battery.
