Microsoft has made Office Online (previously called Office Web Apps) available on the new Office.com website so users can easily share files and collaborate on them in real time. Office Online has been with us for a while now and it is basically what it's name suggests -- a collection of the most used programs in Microsoft Office like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel that can be accessed anywhere since it's online. You just need to log in using your Microsoft account, and you can start sharing and uploading your documents (homeworks, presentations, or projects) with other online users. Previously found on OneDrive and SharePoint, Office Online has now been moved to Office.com so people could easily find it and experience this feature by Microsoft.
