The OnePlus 15 was available for pre-order in the Philippines from November 14 to 23, 2025, through Digital Walker. Pre-orders were accepted at their SM North EDSA and SM Mall of Asia branches, Open_Source by Beyond the Box in Greenhills, and via the Shopee Digital Walker store. Early customers received freebies worth ₱6,370, which included an anti-reflective screen protector, a magnetic aramid fiber case, and a 100W SUPERVOOC power adapter.

In the Philippines, the OnePlus 15 is priced at ₱49,990 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The higher-end variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at ₱54,990.

According to an official list, OnePlus devices eligible for the OxygenOS 16 update include the OnePlus 11, 11R, 12, 12R, Open, 13, 13R, 13s, and 15. For the Nord series, the Nord 3, 4, 5, CE4, CE4 Lite, and CE5 are eligible. Tablets like the OnePlus Pad, Pad 2, and Pad 3 are also on the list. The update is based on Android 16.
