He recently joined Kaihong Digital, which conducts extensive research on HarmonyOS and focuses on IoT operating systems. Apple's latest operating systems— the iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 have started rolling out to users. With this, the iPad gets more intuitive multitasking, a new Home Screen design with integrated widgets, the App Library, systemwide note-taking with Quick Note, SharePlay, a redesigned Safari experience, and other new tools. However, according to a report from Chinese publication QQ, the new operating system will be unveiled at the 2020 Huawei Development Conference scheduled on September 10. This new system will be called HarmonyOS 2.0 and can be found in the upcoming Huawei smartphones, tablets, PCs, watches, bands, and IoT devices to be launched in 2021.
