AYANEO has officially announced their new Windows handheld PC with the AYANEO NEXT 2. Acer has expanded its gaming lineup with the launch of the Predator Atlas 8, a new Windows-based handheld gaming device designed for portable PC gaming. The handheld also supports ray tracing and Intel XeSS 3 AI upscaling technology for gaming performance improvements. For memory and storage, the handheld supports up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. Battery capacity can go up to 80Wh, while Intel Endurance Gaming technology is designed to help balance performance and power consumption during gaming sessions. According to Acer, it includes the first metal fan used in a gaming handheld. A new leak suggests that OnePlus may be working on its own gaming handheld, potentially entering the growing market of portable gaming devices. According to early details, the rumored device could feature an 8-inch display, positioning it closer to larger handhelds designed for immersive gaming.
