In an effort to protect ATM cardholders from fraudulent transactions, PSBank has launched a new security feature called PSBank ATM Lock tool which allows PSBank ATM cardholders to prevent transactions by locking the ATM card using the PSBank Mobile app. From the PSBank Mobile app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store), ATM cardholders can lock/unlock an account with a few simple steps (seen below). A confirmation message that the ATM card has been locked/unlocked will be displayed on the app. The PSBank ATM Lock tool is free to use and is available for all PSBank clients with PSBank Regular ATM card, PSBank Debit MasterCard, PSBank Prepaid MasterCard or PSBank Flexi Personal Loan with Prime Rebate ATM card.
