The Qube QTouch is one of the very few Windows-based tablet available locally and Qube claims you can install Android OS in it. As for the price, the QTouch starts at a base price of Php19,999 for the WiFi-only and without the Windows 7 OS then goes up to Php24,999 if you want a WiFi+3G model and Windows 7 pre-installed.
