Realme first announced the Realme XT during its Realme 5 Series launch. CMO of Realme, Xu Qi Chase, posted the teaser of the upcoming device in his Weibo account. From the rear, it looks slightly similar to the recently-launched Realme 5 series of smartphones. The key difference is that the Realme XT doesn't have a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear. During its announcement in the Realme 5 event, Realme stated that the XT’s 64MP camera is powered by a Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1. Realme also revealed that the XT may get its launch by the end of September. OPPO's Realme sub-brand has unveiled the Realme 2, sporting mid-range hardware and a huge battery to boot. The Realme 2 is a lot less powerful than the Realme 1 with a Snapdragon 450 on board and features the OPPO F7's diamond back in three different colors.
