realme has announced a new software update policy for a few select smartphones. The new ‘3+4’ update plan will cover the realme 14 Pro+, 14 Pro, 14T, 15, 15 Pro, as well as the upcoming P4 series, P3 Ultra, P3 Pro, and P3. The realme 15 and 15 Pro, launched in July 2025, sport 144Hz AMOLED displays, large-capacity batteries, and high-resolution cameras. Older realme models outside these series will retain the standard 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of security patches. OPPO's Realme sub-brand has unveiled the Realme 2, sporting mid-range hardware and a huge battery to boot. The Realme 2 is a lot less powerful than the Realme 1 with a Snapdragon 450 on board and features the OPPO F7's diamond back in three different colors.
