The user can book via Rent by Grab 24/7 but the user has to take note of the service hours from 8 am to 6 pm. The available service hours for the Rent by Grab are 4, 8, and 12 hours. The fare displayed on the app already includes rental, driver, and fuel, while other fees like toll, parking, and entrance fees are shouldered by the lessee. The user can communicate with their driver via the GrabChat, a call function is ready in the app and there’s also a number from the allocation notification that the user received.
