De La Salle University now offers its new program under the Gokongwei College of Engineering, the Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Robotics Engineering (BS MRE). The program focuses on robotics, automation, and intelligent manufacturing, preparing students for careers in advanced engineering and emerging technologies. Students can choose between two specializations: Industrial Robotics Systems, which focuses on robot hardware and control systems, and Human-Robot Interaction, which explores how robots can safely work alongside people. Under the theme of “Innovate • Automate • Elevate”, InnoEX 2026 will spotlight five dynamic areas: AI+, Robotics, Low-altitude Economy (such as unmanned aerial vehicle and electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft), Property Technology, and Retail Technology. The two fairs will also introduce the RoboPark, unveiling robots’ potential and innovations through immersive scenario-based demonstrations and live robotics performances. The Jetson Orin, according to NVIDIA, is the "ideal solution for a new age of robotics." The NVIDIA Jetson Orin modules can provide up to 275 trillion operations per second (TOPS) and 8x the performance compared to the last generation for multiple concurrent AI inference pipelines. Sony AI will combine already present research and development with its Imaging & Sensing solutions, Robotics and Entertainment assets to transform existing business domains, as well as create new ones.
