The Galaxy A16 5G variant has been available in the Philippines for a while since last week. According to this fresh listing on Lazada under Samsung official store, the Galaxy A16 LTE is priced at PHP 9,990 (4+128GB). To recap, the Galaxy A16 LTE features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, and triple rear cameras led by a 50-megapixel main shooter. Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy A16 5G with up to six years of software support. The Galaxy A16 4G is essentially identical to its 5G counterpart, except for the processor. The Galaxy A16 4G is scheduled to launch in France in November and is likely to be available in other European markets as well. Samsung has launched the Galaxy Z TriFold for pre-order in China, priced at 19,999 Yuan (~$2,830), putting it in direct competition with Huawei’s Mate XTs in the growing tri-fold smartphone market. The device runs One UI 8 based on Android 16, supports Galaxy AI features, and introduces standalone Samsung DeX for desktop-style productivity.
