Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy M17 5G will launch in India on October 10, succeeding the Galaxy M16 that debuted earlier this year. Samsung also revealed that the Galaxy M17 5G will support Circle to Search and Gemini Live, making it one of the more affordable M-series devices to offer these AI-powered features. Samsung has launched the Galaxy Z TriFold for pre-order in China, priced at 19,999 Yuan (~$2,830), putting it in direct competition with Huawei’s Mate XTs in the growing tri-fold smartphone market. The device runs One UI 8 based on Android 16, supports Galaxy AI features, and introduces standalone Samsung DeX for desktop-style productivity. Samsung is expected to release the device in other regions after its initial launch in China, but no timeline has been announced.
