Samsung has officially rolled out the One UI 4 to the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra. According to Samsung, the One UI 4 enables users to create a customized mobile experience to meet their unique needs, hosting new color palettes, customization options for home screens, buttons to icons, and even reimagined widgets that offer their own customization. The One UI 4 is now available on the Galaxy S21 series and will soon become available on previous Galaxy S and Note series and the Galaxy Z series, A series, and tablets. Samsung is preparing its next major software release, One UI 8.5, and dozens of Galaxy devices are already confirmed to be included in the update rollout for 2026. It is expected to debut with the Galaxy S26 series early next year, followed by a gradual release to older flagships, foldables, tablets, and midrange Galaxy models.
