The Galaxy S21 Ultra also ships with an adjustable refresh rate that stretches between 10 to 120Hz. Chipset and Memory For the processor, the Galaxy S21 Ultra Galaxy S21 runs with the latest 5G-ready and octa-core Samsung Exynos 2100 processor. Camera The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is equipped with a rectangular, Dual Pixel quad-rear camera module consisting of a higher resolution 108MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and double 10MP telephoto with 100x Space Zoom. Compared to the Mate 40 Pro, which has a round rear camera module with 50MP Ultra Vision main, 20MP ultrawide, and 12MP telephoto with OIS, the Galaxy S21 Ultra has better main and telephoto cameras.
