Samsung confirmed that the rollout will begin with the Galaxy S26 lineup and expand to other Galaxy smartphones through future software updates. Samsung announced that a joint study with Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital in Korea found that the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 can predict vasovagal syncope (VVS) or sudden fainting episodes using health data collected by the smartwatch.
