Smart has just announced that it has expanded its prepaid roaming services to 120 countries worldwide with the same daily flat rate of Php550. To activate the roaming service, Smart Prepaid subscribers simply have to text ROAM ON and send it to 333 before leaving the country. Surf Abroad 550 is also available as a fully automated service for Smart Postpaid subscribers, for a worry-free data roaming experience. Smart has just enabled international data roaming for prepaid subscribers with unlimited daily mobile internet access for only Php500 per day. It has taken a long time for Smart to offer this to 99% of its subscribers so we believe its prepaid subscribers will be glad to know they can use data romaing abroad. You also need to subscribe to prepaid data roaming on a daily basis so make sure you have enough prepaid load when you go abroad. The devices are available on Smart Postpaid, Smart Infinity, and Smart Prepaid bundles.
